From beginners and beyond, we have a class for you! We also have multiple ways to support your dancer and your family's needs through our wide variety of classes, after school programs, single day pick ups and more! We know you want to give your child all the experiences and we help you do just that.
With pick up from schools all across Pitt County and day camps when school is out included, this program is a convenient solution for parents. With dance, theatre, painting, crochet, and more this program is engaging and fun. After schoolers also enjoy homework assistance and time to socialize and play with friends.
Fun trips, engaging weekly themes, and safe and friendly environment make this is a creative and great way to spend summer vacation. Open from
7:00 am -6:00 pm daily throughout the summer this camp is the place to be!
Scheduled throughout the year our classes and workshops are a great way for kids to explore and grow in dance and theatre. Fun themes like Nutcracker workshop, and Sleeping Beauty Ballet make dance fun and keep our dancers engaged and returning year after year. Want a date night on a Friday night, sign up for a Fun Night! Need a creative birthday party? We have you covered! Don't need after school every day, but need it on class night or in a pinch? Sign up for a pick up from school!. Fun for kids, while convenient for the parents, we have created these options to help with those times, you need a little extra something.

Starting Point Dance grew out of the dance program at Creative Arts Kids. With our classes and students needing more space, we began Starting Point Dance 5 years ago in its current location. Over the years our dancers have enjoyed their classes and programs here at Starting Point Dance, but many participate in day camps and workshops at our partners STEM Encounters and Creative Arts Kids as well. Once you register with one program, you can switch programs, drop in to any of them, and our after school students often enjoy the benefits of the multiple concentrations. Whichever program you choose, your child will enjoy engaging content in a fun atmosphere.
